What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, firm, and message you enter, together with the time of submission, the page you sent it from, and your browser type. When you book a call, the scheduling provider (zcal) collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure traffic. Those tools set cookies and collect usage data as described in Google's privacy policy. You can block them with a browser setting or extension without affecting the site.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to perform it. We do not sell, rent, or share contact information with third parties for their marketing. Inquiries about a case are held in confidence.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Engagement records are kept as required by our professional and legal obligations.

Your choices

To have your inquiry record deleted or corrected, write to us through the contact form or by reply to any message from us.
