Discuss a case

The most useful first message is short: the court, where the case stands, and what is due next. For example: “Subchapter V filed last week, first operating report due the 21st, cash collateral hearing in ten days.” Or simply: “We are considering a filing and need a 13-week forecast.” Tell us which court the case is in. We work in every district.

Name the debtor and its principal lender first so we can run a conflicts check. Please hold back confidential details until we confirm there is no conflict.
