Lee Restructuring Advisors
Lee Restructuring Advisors is a financial advisory practice for companies in Subchapter V and Chapter 11. The work is the finance side of a case: the cash flow forecast the first-day motions rest on, the monthly operating report the U.S. Trustee reads, the budget the lender signs, and the projections the plan is confirmed on.
The practice exists because most small and mid-sized debtors do not have anyone inside the company who has produced those documents before, and the large restructuring firms are built for cases several times their size. Counsel is left teaching a bookkeeper what a bankruptcy court expects. We take that work off the table.

How we work
- The person you speak with does the work. There is no staff to hand the case to, and no one learning on your matter.
- Every number traces to a source. Reports are built from the bank statements and the ledger, and the assumption behind each forecast line is written down where the reviewer can find it.
- Scope is fixed in writing before work begins. By deliverable, with the case calendar attached, so counsel and the debtor know what arrives and when.
Engagement
We are engaged either under §327 as the debtor's financial advisor, on counsel's application with disclosure under Rule 2014, or in the ordinary course within the approved budget where the scope is narrow and the case allows. Counsel decides which path fits; we prepare the paperwork for either.
Based in Stamford, Connecticut. Engagements nationwide; the work is largely remote, with on-site time when the case calls for it.
